In Beijing, one of my best friend asked me “this time, where do you want to go to have a lunch?” “Beijing Duck!” I answered, since I’ve been dreamed about it almost every week when I was in Australia. “Wait a minute,” something come to my mind, “why don’t we try something else, not Beijing Duck every time?”, “what about noodle?” she asked, “I know a place, not far, it is worthy trying.” “Why not?”

So, here we are. It’s Kang Shi Fu Noodle (well, Chef Kang’s Noodle, or Master’s Noodle, anyway). Kang Shi Fu Noodle is a big brand instant noodle from Tai Wan. Don’t know how come it become like this! RMB25-35 each, a big bowl (instant noodle only RMB 2-3). It’s nice though!

Master’s Noodle. Isn’t it nice?
